HOW IT WORKS:
5 days, 30 mins per day.
LIVE lessons online via zoom.
Usally 12.00 CET (although this will be confirmed ahead of the course)
Lesson recordings available for 5 days after the end of the course.
WHAT YOU NEED:
A comfortable place to sit - a chair or the floor
A relatively empty stomach. Aim to eat min 2 hours before we meet. (45 mins for small snack)
A stable support for your phone, tablet or laptop so we can see each other.
Quiet - best to close the door and book these 30 mins for yourself
You might like to have some water, a notepad & pen(cil), and whatever.
WHAT YOU DON'T NEED
A yoga mat or yoga clothing.
Prior experience...in anything- this course is suitable for everyone. Office workers, yogis, athletes....
