I started doing breathwork when I was 5. My Mom taught me Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) when I started at primary school, and it changed everything for me.

Breathwork has been the tool I’ve turn to ever since - to boost my physical strength & stamina, to sharpen my mental focus, and to feel more in command of every area of my life.
It’s my daily non-negotiable.

Breathwork TV

Breathwork TV is a weekly LIVE instagram session all about, you guessed it…breathwork. From impactful breathing techniques, to exciting developments in neuroscience & breath, to interviews with breathwork ‘professionals’, newbies, researchers, athletes, and bad@ss people just like you.

Tune in on Fridays at 12.00 CET for 30minutes of breathwork edutainment (next series starting July 2021)

The Breathwork Deep Dive

Once per quarter we go deep with this signature 5 day breathwork course. All it takes is 30 minutes per day over 5 consecutive days to make breathwork your most powerful, and simple, daily habit.

Learn how to create your own personalised sequence, unique to your own physical, mental & emotional needs.

Groups are kept to 20 people to ensure you get the space & attention you need, with optional 1 to 1 sessions available to everyone,.
