Hi, I’m Caoimhe.

I believe yoga is for everybody. Everybody’s body.

Yoga can be so much more than a type of exercise and so much more than stretching if we let it.

The impact can vary from mental & physical strength, to calm & focus, even a heightened sense of motivation & purpose in life.

My yoga practice started when I was 14. Simple beginnings. Just a book, my bedroom floor and teenage curiosity. It was perfect. Just me, the postures and zero distraction.

I still like to keep things simple although have progressed my yoga practice from there, going deeper with Astanga and vinyasa styles as I moved to various cities across Asia & Europe.

Taking my initial 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh in India, I’ve continued to add to my experience & qualifications since. Breathwork, Pre-natal yoga & trauma-informed movement to name a few.

For me, throughout everything Yoga has always been a constant.
